Monday, Monday...

You know what's truly great?  Monday.  

I know.  You're probably thinking "What?  Monday?  Girl, you're crazy!"

But hear me out.  

It's summer.  The sky is blue.  I had the day off.  I used my day to crochet a TON of new stuff for my etsy shop.  I had an interview and was offered my first REAL big-kid job (still haven't decided if I should take it, because when that interview was over, I got an email from another school asking for an interview tomorrow!).  I have a giant cupcake.  I have time to take a bubble bath.  

Oh, and a month or so ago, I received an email from a friend of my friend Meri (of Gardens of the Sun).  It was from a lovely lady named Henny, who lives on the island of West Java and she wanted to make me a handbag!  We chatted a bit and decided on her fabulous 2-in-1 foldover clutch.  First, let me tell you that my wanderlust was kicked into hyperdrive when I received mail from Indonesia.  Second, this bag is tops! The fabrics are soft and go together perfectly, it is beautifully made, and I seriously can't decide if I prefer it as a clutch or a shoulder bag.  The tassel zipper is the perfect finishing touch!
