It has been over two years since I discovered this epic bit of vintage wonder in my 95-year old grandma's attic (see how I wore it the first time HERE). I seriously cannot believe that she had something like this hiding up there for who knows how long! Yes, I did shorten it. It was definitely a mu-mu before, and the elastic around the wrists is totally shot (and I was much too lazy to replace it), but I still love pulling it out and going full vintage.
Add some knee-high boots, winged eyeliner, and this lovely 1960s vintage style necklace, and I think I pulled off one of my groovier looks in recent history!
Dress = vintage
Boots = Charlotte Russe
Love this vintage look, it kinda reminds me of Nancy Sinatra haha! The necklace is such a nice touch. x

Why thank you! Almost hard to believe that the original fabric was pleated and has managed to hold up for so long!
DeleteLove love love the vintage! And love that you've had it for two years! I love being able to keep pieces that are timeless and this is definitely one of them :)

It was a gem among many, many rocks, if you know what I mean. I think we ended up sorting through about 8 giant garbage bags full of old clothes before I uncovered this dress!
DeleteCute dress! Perfect for spring!
