Hey there!  Did you notice that our name changed?  After a great deal of reflection and deliberation, I decided that because my special education teaching job makes it difficult to post on a daily basis, as I did when this blog started 5 years ago, : the daily savant : was no longer an appropriate name.  Over the years, this blog has featured OOTD, travel, book/movie reviews, playlists, recipes, and fitness routines, but the things that have remained the most consistent are my loves of sustainability and travel, and so that is what this blog will continue to be.  

To celebrate our name change, Najat, the founder of Live the Give, has decided to give one lucky : Green Chic Life : reader the tee of their choice.  Y'all have seen me gush over their tees on Instagram and last week for #SustainableSunday.  They are perfect!
