Capri sun…

I'm on a boat!  Life is tough.  For real.  When Soldier Boy snapped this ^ shot, I asked him to make it look like I had a rough life!  Today took us to the island of Capri.  Travel guides tell you that in the summer it is absolutely insane, and those guides were absolutely correct.  We took a boat from Sorrento to Capri and then had to make a few decisions.  There are tons of things to see around Capri (the Lover's arch, the blue grotto, a chairlift that takes you way up a mountain and has fabulous views), but our patience was worn thin by all the crowds.  We hopped on a small boat that took us to a cove where we hopped on an even smaller boat that took us into the mythical blue grotto (which was cool, but I wish we could have swam/swum around in it a bit).  We had lunch and attempted to go to the beach, but it was just too darn packed (and we'd already spent about 100 Euro a piece just to get to the island, to the grotto, and fed), so we headed back to Sorrento for a hotel pool day, had a delicious dinner, and then my mum bought me not one, but two gelatos!
