Ahhh... today, I drank my Bath water. Really. I drank a whole glass. You know... the thermal water... from Bath... it heals heaps of problems and I've got enough of them (wanderlust and wear-heels-while-traveling-and-get-tons-of-blisters-itis, to name a few). I adore Bath, though the last time I was here, it was winter and there were only about 1/8 of the tourists that'd swarmed on the town, but I love the buskers, musicians, magicians, Bath buns, crumbly buildings, and the tiniest little hint of Autumn in the air today was above and beyond lovely.
... though I still really want a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks... and I was recently told that Britain doesn't get pumpkin spice... and the nearest Sbux to home (in Germany) is 3 hours away. I wish my new penpals could send me pumpkin spice! Sadly, I think the customs officers might snatch it for themselves...

Te he! It's just from Forever 21! I'm sure you can track down something similar! Mine is from over a year ago!
DeleteSounds like a fun day! For a minute I though you literally drank your bath water. LOL. I'm sorry about the lack of Starbucks in Germany. Maybe try making your own pumpkin spice latte to get your fix? Although, I'm sure it might not be the same as Starbucks. Try eBay. Hubby used to be a huge green tea latte fan and would find the same green tea powder used in starbucks.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to Pinterest it a bit! We're going to Munich for Oktoberfest in a few weeks and I know that they have at least one Starbucks there, so fingers are crossed! There are lots of Sbux in London, but they didn't have pumpkin when I went. I know it starts in the US on 3-September, so I just may need to make another quick hop over to London!
DeleteI adore your dress! The print is adorable. I'm jealous that you get to wear jackets right now, I'm just dying for the weather here to cool down. lol

In all honesty, I was a bit warm in it, but just wanted it on for the photo! It's pretty chilly in the mornings and evenings over here, but the days are warm... though nothing like I've heard it's been in the US! Hot hot hot!
DeleteSounds like you're having so much fun, I must admit I like England better than Germany. Where are you living in Germany, I was living in Munich and there were Starbucks there. Don't know if they had the pumpkin spice though. Lovely dress btw.

I've been to a Starbucks in Munich, so I'm hoping that when I go for Oktoberfest, they'll have pumpkin... otherwise, it's back to London with me!

Har har har... I'm so funny! I LOVE BATH! I've only ever been in the winter, so it was lovely to see it without the snow (or to be wearing a heavy down jacket!). Thank you!

Well thank you, very much! It definitely helps to have an actual photographer to make me laugh (as opposed to fake laughing at the camera timer on the tripod)!
