Ahhh... friends, as much as I love a Monday-less Sunday, summer Monday's are just as groovy. You may have guessed by these snaps, that I managed to get a brief escape from the desert, but this time, I didn't end up on the Left Coast. I'm back at home in the Midwest and had the absolute pleasure of getting a bit of yoga in with Lake Michigan as my audience.
