Loony luna…

Wednesday, February 19, 2014

Sometimes, you just need to do something silly and running around a valley in a tank top was just the thing I needed to reconnect with myself! Yes, tout le monde, on our drive from Friburg to Triburg through the mountains in the Black Forest, we had to stop a few times to play in the snow.

Across the Autobahn, we saw a stairway that lead up into the woods and had to check it out.  There was a path through the evergreens.  Even in the thickest part of the woods, sunlight was able to filter through and snow was drifting down from the highest branches of the trees.  It looked like it was snowing glitter.

These photos just barely capture the wonder!

  11. You must be crazy only wearing a vest top in the snow, although it does look gorgeous and sunny there. I love the vest anyway though, very eerie.
