Have I ever mentioned what a huge fan I am of Sunday? Especially a Sunday after a Friday off! It feels like a bonus weekend day and I love it! SB and I made the best of our bonus day, but having an extra #SustainableSunday.
Not only did we get to hike around Red Rock Canyon (what could be more sustainable than spending quality time together outside?), we had a picnic of lots of organic vegetarian foods AND the outfit I chose for this occasion happens to be one of the more sustainable workout sets that I own. My leggings were made from recycled plastic water bottles! Super cool!
