Remember TRL?

Sunday, March 8, 2015

You know how there are those tasks that you really need to get done, but just can't seem to bring yourself to complete?  Yeah.  I've really needed some new zumba dances for class and also kind of sort of needed to finish some of my recital dances… since you know… there are like 12 weeks until recital and my kids only know the first 1/3 of their dance.  I've been putting it off for weeks, but then I had a breakthrough.

In a chat over breakfast, I happened to mention that I had some of the more recent NOW cds on hold at the library and SB mentioned that he thought he had a bunch of the early NOW discs.  You may remember that I've been feeling alternately very 1970s and very 1990s and was asked by a reader to put together a playlist of my favourite 90s tunes, so today, I hijacked SBs music collection and did just that… which inevitably lead to a killer new kid zumba dance to N*SYNC's "Pop" (which I shall try to record and post tomorrow) and I managed to finish the two recital dances that have been driving me nuts for weeks!

In case you need a bit of motivation, my fabulous : remember TRL? playlist can be found HERE and is also posted on my music page over there <---, aiight?

Happy Sunday!
