One of the last "normal person" outfits...

Saturday, November 28, 2015

Let me be honest: these photos are over a week old.  They are some of the last in the batch that I managed to squeak out before heading back to the states for knee surgery and now that I've been sufficiently sliced and diced, I am looking at these snaps with way more jealously than I should.

Why, you ask?

Because my leg is the size of a small sausage and has been such for nearly a week.  I have not been able to squeeze myself into a pair of skinny jeans if my life depended on it! And don't even get me started on the shoes.  I know that the heels on these boots are tiny, but I bought myself a new pair of Nike's and I've lived in them all week.

I may need to turn into an exclusive jewelry blogger or just bombard you with crafts and playlists for the next few weeks as I wait for the swelling to go down and I can start wearing normal person clothes again.

... but on the other hand... I've got quite the selection of leggings... perhaps I'll have to do a long run on fitness wear!

Oh, and if you like my necklace here, don't forget to enter to win one of your own by clicking HERE!
