#FreebieFriday with Light Shine Candles...

I wrote, last weekend, that I've been loving candles during this quarantine because they make my home feel cozier and because I try to live sustainably, the candles that I use have to be low impact.  That is why I love Light Shine Candles.  This family-owned business uses non-GMO soy wax, no gnarly chemicals, and reusable glass containers for their candles and they donate a percentage of the proceeds of each order to educational initiatives in El Salvador.  

Their candles are available through monthly subscription boxes that are curated with seasonal scents that blend well together.  The spring box contains a salted grapefruit candle and a tobacco-scented candle (which is quite sweet).  I've been enjoying putting on on either end of our condo and lighting them simultaneously so each scent can fill the room and create something of a story as I make my way up and down the hallway.  This has been a particularly enjoyable experience this week, because it snowed like crazy again in my part of the world!
